What personal data is processed?
Name, telephone number and email address; address of delivery of goods; Bank account number; cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history); customer support details.
For what purpose are personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer data) is used to create an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer. Personal data such as e-mail, phone number, customer name are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The online store user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.
Legal basis
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer. Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution). Personal data is transferred to the customer support of the online store to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems. The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are to be delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the customer's address or the address of the parcel machine selected by the customer will also be transmitted. If the accounting of the online store is performed by the service provider, then personal data is transferred to the service provider for accounting operations. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.
Recipients to whom personal data is transferred
Personal data is transferred to the customer support of the online store to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems. The name, phone number and e-mail address are transferred to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer's address is also transmitted in addition to the contact details. The personal data required for making payments are transferred to the authorized processor Montonio AS. Personal data is transferred to the accounting service provider for accounting operations. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail.
Storage
Upon closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, except in cases where it is necessary to keep such data for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes. If a purchase is made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is stored for three years. In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiry period ends. Personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years.
Erasure
To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified.
Transfer
The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the personal data that is subject to transfer.
Security and data access
Personal data is stored on zone.eu servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Employees of the online store have access to personal data, who can access personal data in order to solve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services. The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded with the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.
Direct marketing messages
The e-mail address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, he must select the corresponding reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support. If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both initial and further processing of his personal data, including profile analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail (the relevant information must be provided clearly and separately from all other information).

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support - matejook@gmail.com. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee)

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store in euros are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order. Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store. We will post the ordered goods after receiving the payment order. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Payment
Payment for the online store order is only possible in euros through Montonio and directly through the bank link.

NB! When ordering goods to the parcel machine, you must enter your mobile phone number with the order. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. If the package has not arrived at the destination specified by you within 5 working days, please let us know by writing to matejook@gmail.com.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the returnable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address matejook@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop does not have to return to the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
Resolving disputes arising from purchases in the online store
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to matejook@gmail.com. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
